Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 working days of purchase.

Shipping times vary depending on location. Average shipping time is 7 to 10 working days. your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after order has been shipped.

 We are only able to cancel the order within the first 24 hours after the order is placed.  After that orders are processed and shipped.

 Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept items to be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. 

• Return items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. 
• Items must be returned in original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase. 
• Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
• We are not responsible for return shipping charges.

Initiate your return by:

2. Send your product back to us with tracking for proof of shipment.
3. If you would like an exchange, email us the item you want instead and we will arrange payment adjustments.
4. Refund will be issued after item is received. Please allow 5-7 days.
